On 31 January, we have invited the following professionals:
- a trademark/brand specialist who can assist with issues regarding choosing business names, domain name issues, trademark applications and appeals and general queries on building a brand.
- a general corporate lawyer who can assist with a range of general startup issues such as company structure (including shareholders agreements), contractual terms and conditions, and employment issues.
Please note that we will not have anyone who can assist with tax issues over the next two weeks. However, we have arranged for a accountant to supervise a session on 7 February, so if you have any tax queries, we would suggest you attend this session.
