Clarifying Meditative Work - A Fresh Look

  • Apr 27, 2013 · 2:00 PM
  • Wat temple

We will sit quietly for half an hour and then have an hour of time for meditative discussion together, in which we can explore more deeply what meditative work is and how it sheds light on the concerns of our lives, not theoretically, but from a quiet listening that embraces the whole human condition.

Then we will sit another bit and have a final discussion.  The first part discussion ends at 3:45 or 4 pm and it's ok to leave then if you need to.  For those who stay, we will end at 5.

Please see the website for details: Our site

There is an optional $2 donation that goes to the Thai Buddhist temple (Wat) that generously donates their space.

The Wat is at 145 Madison NE in Albuquerque on the SW corner of Madison and Copper, one block north of Central and several blocks west of San Mateo.

If you have some questions, feel free to call Jay at[masked]-0684.

Good exploration of issues. (It's hard to remember after the fact, but the feeling of the discussion was good.)
