SFCO: The Masters

Modern and Classical:

Modern master and Pulitzer Prize-winner Aaron Jay Kernis has written a new concerto, Dreamsongs, for rising star Joshua Roman, a “cellist of extraordinary technical and musical gifts.” Classical master Franz Josef Haydn’s 100th symphony is nicknamed the “Military” for the surprise appearance of a marching band in the midst of the slow movement. Witty and thoroughly original, this symphony shows “Papa Haydn” at the height of his creative powers..

If you go, let me know what you think of it afterwards =). Usually their contemporary selection isn't to my liking but this one has hope (based on his other pieces on youtube as well as the performer).

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
