We've enjoyed 60 carefully-crafted events since 2009 when Peter Johnson founded this group to celebrate together classical music -- which relaxes and inspires.  Again we expect this year's highlights to be our excellent concerts with grand soloists at The Colorado Symphony Orchestra and Boulder Philharmonic series. And in Vail this summer where The New York Philharmonic, Dallas Symphony, and Philadelphia Orchestra all are in residence performing magnificently -- what a treasure in our back yard! We've enjoyed the Philadelphia Orchestra in Vail for the last two summers while making a whole day of it -- wildflower hiking en route and dinner-picnicking on the concert lawn! Us Classical Lovers are special, and our events are special! 

And about our potlucks: Once a month, classical lovers gather for great eats at someone's home and enjoy their favorite classical music, from Albinoni to Zelenka, with a very low-key musical show-and-tell and much warm socializing.  Home-hosting rotates... Who? would like to host a Classical Singles Potluck for next month?

For some gatherings, we feast at fave ethnic fare in Denver or Boulder, then attend a concert together.

If you personally discover classical music, you'll have a "friend" for life... and the universe of classical is broader than you think!  Classical lovers have a unique sensibility, depth, passion!  No level of knowledge is needed to enjoy this group and share -- because music is basically all about emotions, plumbed by the range of classical music's moods.  We really enjoy our events together.  Hope to see you soon!
