Attend the 3rd Annual Jamalaye-Ubuntu African Dance, Drum, and Culture festival

Join us for African History Month, as we celebrate


Congolese Drum Class with Vivien Bassouamina 2:30-4pm. Naby Bangoura will teach Guinee dance 1-2:30pm, Vivien Bassouamina will teach Congolese Dance 4-5:30pm, and Lamine Thiam will teach Senegalese dance 5:30-7pm. All dance classes are $20 each. There will also be spoken word, African food, etc. Spoken word is free. For more information visit or call LaToshia at 323/919-4595. You can bring a djembe or a conga drum for the drum class.

    Ok this Sunday is the Jamalaye-Ubuntu African Dance, Drum, and Culture festival. The first class actually begins at 1:30pm due to a schedule change. Crenshaw Yoga and Dance - 5426 Crenshaw Blvd., LA 90047 is the location. Call me at 323/[masked] if you have any questions. See you there!
