Attending the Asian Festival

The 5th Asian Festival is happening the next weekend (Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18th).  Let's meet and enjoy the festival (food, music, and more) together.  At a later time I will post where we should gather.

More information about the festival can be found here: http://clevelandasianfestival.org/2014/

There is no minimum number of attendees for this meetup.

Haha...well, it's far from perfect...but I have the time to practice making it and I like to cook, so hopefully someday it can be close to authentic.

    Hi Everyone:

Let's meet outside Wonton Gourmet (3211 Payne Avenue, i.e., East 32 & Payne, and next to Dave's Market). I picked this place for us to gather because it has a very conspicuous, yellow awning - you cannot miss it. For those of you whom I have not met before, I will have a purple carnation in hand for you to identify me.

We will gather here at 1:30 and head to the festival together at about 1:40. It may take a while for you to find parking, so you may want to arrive in the area before 1:30 so that you can secure parking, walk to our gathering place, greet everyone, and then we can head over to the festival.

Thankfully, the weather forecast says it will be sunny tomorrow/Sunday, unlike today. Looking forward to meeting you all.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
