Mastermind Book Club

They say formal education will make you a living. But self-education will make you a fortune. There are a few mainstays to learning that anyone can use to improve their lives. The first is to read books. The second is to learn from successful people by observation. And the third is to constantly reflect on your own experiences and learn what went right and what went wrong. We will do all these things in our Mastermind Book Club.

Each month we select a personal development or wealth-building book to read. Everyone reads on their own. Then the last Friday of each month, we'll get together for an hour or two to discuss the book, reflect on personal experiences, and implement action steps to put our new knowledge to use.

Since there are only 2 1/2 weeks left in May, I've chosen a small book that is a very fast read (you'll probably read this in 2 hours). The pages carry a LOT of weight though. The book is "Twelve Pillars" by Jim Rohn & Chris Widener. This novel will inspire you to take your life to the next level and beyond. It will challenge and encourage you to become the absolute best that you can be.

You can pick up the book on Amazon for $5...

"Don’t worry about the cost of books. It isn’t what the book costs. It’s what it will cost you if you don’t read it." - Jim Rohn
