Corporations -- Asset Protection & Tax Strategies

America's backbone is small business. Corporations provide business owners with limited liability and huge tax advantages. However, there are certain things you need to know (and do) so that any lawsuit brought to you doesn't "pierce the corporate veil". The US tax code was written to benefit businesses. But which type of business should you own -- an LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, Limited Partnership, General Partnership, Sole Proprietor?

Fadi Boumitri, attorney at law, will be answering all these questions and more. He'll be going over the difference between corporation types, the liability protections they offer, the tax advantages they offer, the corporate documents you need to have and the practices you need to follow in to be a legitimate business.

A consultation with an attorney of Fadi's caliber would typically run you north of $300 per hour. We get his time, expertise, & attention in an intimate setting for a full hour for free.

So bring a pen, paper, & plenty of questions. This will be a wealth of knowledge.
