Looking for some UX love?

A great user experience (UX) makes a difference in how your product or service is adopted, used, & engaged with. We’re here to help.

Submit your product's single most vexing UX issue to us (email it to [masked]).

We’ll select the most challenging to review as a group and if there’s enough time we’ll break out into smaller teams to cover the others. With the help of an incredible panel of local UX experts, we'll discuss options and approaches that should inspire the user experiences you work on.

The UX Panel
Brad Colbow - Brad is an award-winning web designer, best known for his comics in .Net magazine and "The Brads" a weekly strip found on his personal website. His work has appeared on the New York Time's website, CNET, Smashing Magazine and elsewhere.

Eric Wiley - Eric is a User Experience Consultant at Infotoken, a user-centered interaction design studio based in Northeast Ohio. He lives with his wife and son in the rural outskirts of Peninsula, Ohio; where people are quite familiar with what the fox says.

Nicole Capuana - Nicole leads all things UX on a boat at LeanDog and helps enterprises and startups focus and define well-designed and intuitive systems. Over the last 15 years, she has covered almost the entire spectrum of UX from coding to usability testing. She is a founding member and the Marketing & Communications Officer for Her Ideas in Motion, a local nonprofit, that is working to change the gender ratio in tech by inspiring the next generation of girls through hands-on technology and media workshops. She leads Cleveland Lean Startup Circle and has been speaking all over about design thinking and Lean UX.

Vince Frantz - Working as an independent design consultant since 1996, Vince has been focused on tools and methods that support product design and development. Vince founded Sprokets in 2005 to create a platform for independent professionals to collaborate where he currently acts as UX lead on projects and co-chief of co-working at the Lakewood office. An avid proponent for new ways of fostering creativity and civic engagement, Vince is also founder and Executive Director at Public Square Group, Inc, a non-profit dedicated to supporting skateboarding, art and civics in Northeast Ohio. Public Square Group is currently assisting the City of Cleveland in the redevelopment of the Flats and many other neighborhood initiatives designed to help youth and adults get creative in the public space. Vince lives in Lakewood, Ohio with his wife, Cathy and their three children.
