Great meeting. The organizer was too far off the beaten path for my tastes. But everyone else there was totally cool

It was a wonderful meeting with people from various background. I'm looking forward to learning more about web standards.

Very likeable group of people. Lots of fun. Know you don't always like to be 'front and center' Joe, but you're good at it. Think you're funny and very smart. Just want to let everyone know how much I appreciate your input as I struggle to ascertain my function and 'place' in this group of designers and developers. Listening quietly to all the banter between designers 'n developers tonight, coupled with some direction from Dana and Beth, I think I know where to start. My passion is art. I can draw anything. Starting with a basic HTML/CSS and progressing to a beginning web design class from there I'll learn the basics of developing a well designed site with the functionality that meets the web standards outlined tonight. Working hard at catching up to speed with some of the other designers in the group. I want to thank everybody for being so nice. It's a great group... gaining momentum with each success- ive meeting.
