Subject: [webdesign-396] Those without laptops coming to courses.....

A few people have asked if having a laptop is a requirement to take the course. it is not, since it seems most people will be bringing in their laptops and I hope are willing to share. I have my netbook here and Laurel does well and we can see about sharing if need be as well as a desktop.

As well one member offered to bring an extra laptop or two if needed. I apologize for not remembering, but I've had calls all week about the courses, answering questions and such. So if you read this and the offer still stands, would you mind bringing the laptops to the first class you go to, just in case.

Someone else asked about bringing her desktop. Feel free if you want, and you have an LCD monitor and it's not too much trouble for you. Or you can come to the first class and get a feel for the place, then decide if you want to lug around the thing.

If you are willing to lug it around and would rather bring 32 bottles of Guiness, and 2 bottles of Jameson, I promise that while the class won't learn but about HTML or PHP, they will learn a whole lot of made up Irish history. I'm even better at making that stuff up drunk than I am sober. :D

All kidding aside, everyone should bring the things that they feel most comfortable with.

Kind Regards,
Aoirthoir The Drunkard who really isnt drunk as much as he would like...
