Dear Dave,

Aye, not a problem. Since you got this email you are already a member of the /396 meetup group. That is the group we are merging into, so your membership will remain active. I've removed folks from the /450 meetup that were already in the /396. And Ive removed 2 people that meetup could not email.

If you wish to verify your membership just go to:

http://webdesign.meetup.com/396

Also Brad C, one of the other organizers, has already set up our monthly meetup for June. Even if you cant attend, please RSVP, since that helps me plan with Michael's Grill for reservations.

Look forward to meeting you and talking in the future!

Thanks kindly bro, and best regards,
Joseph James Frantz

A special announcement from Joseph James Frantz, Organizer of The Cleveland Web Design / Web Standards Meet Up Group

Good Morning Everyone.

It has been a busy 24 hours. Some of you may already know that we have begun a merge of the two Cleveland Area Web Design Meetup Groups. They are the /450 group, the one I originally started, and the /396 group. Since the /450 is the younger group, we are merging into the /396. If you are getting this email, then you are already a member of the /396 group.

Throughout the day today I will be going through the lists of both groups, and if there are persons that are already members of the /396, I will remove their membership from /450. Don't worry, many things have already been transferred from 450 to 396, like photos, about pages, directions, meetup dates and so on. The rest, things like mail msgs, message board topics and s on will be transferred over next few days. So you will still be able to keep up on what's been going on. Also you will still be able to look at the /450 for the next couple of weeks until the transition is complete and meetup staff remove it for us.

I wish to thank everyone for their encouragement through this process. The many responses definitely helped clarify the direction you want your meetup group to go. Just a reminder, I'm just the feller doin the point and click stuff. The group belongs to yall. So any ideas anyone has feel free to holler my way.

Thanks kindly and best regards to all of yall,
Joseph James Frantz
