Please don't take my remarks as insults.  I like to joke around.

Anyhow, I suggest that you post what you want on some freelancer
sites.  I like freelanceswitch.com because job posters (that would be
you) get to post free.

However, instead of talking about the details, back up, and describe
the business that you're trying to create.  Let the details about how
stuff works flow out of the business needs.
