If it is physically possible and the times align with availability, For anyone wishing to attend the class at the location without an elevator, If someone else would be agreeable i would offer my assistance in hoisting the individual(s) to and fro the meeting level. We are talking one level right.
I can't do it alone but am willing to do this with some one or more others to make this work for all.
So if someone else is willing let's make it happen.

Attention all you grand and wonderful people of the Cleveland Web Design and Development Meetup Group!

So here's what is happening, we got a location, we got chairs, we got painting done, we got lights and heat, we got a bathroom, we got bookshelves, and today, most importantly, we got internet! Thanks to the wonderful people at WOW! Cable Services, or whatever the heck they call themselves, we got commercial internet. Thanks to the folks at BeyondPC in Fairview Park, we will have WIFI.

To be clear I started off with the least speed they had 2mb down, don't recall the up cause wasn't paying attention. That's only 32/month, which I am paying for the entire year in advance to make sure that we are not cut off because I go broke or some crazy Irish shitaki mushrooms. Then as I get a website here and there I will up the speed and prepay for that. So long and the short we will be prepaid on our internet about a year out.

Now, as to the schedule, I am seeking feedback. I am available most times during the week (except Wednesdays). So that means we can have "official" classes, say once a week, once every two weeks, or whichever, and other classes besides. I will be conducting classes as part of my business as well. (I'm partnering with BeyondPC and another business for things like Websites, Ubuntu/Virus Free Computers and Consumer/Business training). Because I will be conducting paid as well as free (or donation based, more on that in a moment) classes, I'll need to maximize the time as much as possible any time I am teaching. Thus, knowing the time that is best for the majority seems to be the easiest path for me.

Yes I will also be conducting streaming classes if necessary, but I might have to put together a Windows machine as a lot of the streaming sites are slim on support for GNU/Linux hosting of streaming, but GNU/Linux machines seem to do just fine as clients (those watching the streaming broadcasts).

Alright now regards the donation thing we're being offered space in a Spa with a ZEN feel to it. They're asking a certain percentage of anything I do there (which is typical of spas actually). I am allowed to run free events (indeed besides the computer classes, I currently facilitate a drumming circle for persons of all, or no faith, and will be facilitating other things such as a weekly meditation). But if I am running a lot of events with nothing for our host, eventually that will wear him as he is in business to earn a living.

So all of the events I run that are not paid events, I'll have out a donation jar. If you have funds available and you care to donate please do, if you cannot donate, or wish not to donate, then don't worry about it at all. This is *ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY* and not a requirement to attend any free event. For my paid events, I'll likely not post those to the Meetup Calendar (as I am trying to ensure that anyone can attend all of our meetup events without consideration to class or privilege). But instead will post a simple link to my paid calendar, which will be on a different website. If anyone would like more information on how we're handling the donations, please feel free to contact me, and again remember it is entirely voluntary, don't donate if you don't want to for any reason.

Another consideration, the facility we are using for now, is not wheelchair accessible. I am still going to be looking over the next few months to increase sales enough with BeyondPC, so that we can acquire another location, in Fairview Park, which would allow us to conduct classes more easily for everyone.

Thanks for any suggestions yall give and I look forward to restarting our classes in another week or two.

Kind Regards,
