Back to Chris' house for a Saturday night in North Ridgeville.  Time to celebrate one of an "Almost Spring" rite of passage with St Patrick's Day almost here.  We should perform a "Come On Spring; go away winter" ritual!

1.  The usual potluck bill of fare to share.   Be creative!   Let us know what you are bringing when you RSVP so we don't have ten pots of corned beef and cabbage!!!

2.  Wear green if you want to; your most creative St. Patrick's Day garb if you dare.

The most creative food AND the best dressed will win FREE Scrabble until the 4th of July!!

Bring your own beverage; alcohol is permitted.  Green Beer Anyone???

If you do not want to drive to North Ridgeville alone, I can meet you in Rubin's parking lot at 5:45 and you can ride with me and Larry.  It's not as far as it sounds.

The development name is Ridgefield.  There is a sign at the entrance from Bagley Rd.    Gatewood is the first street - the first right after you enter the develoment.  His house is the ony blue one in the development; fifth on the right after you pass the cubhouse and pool.

REMINDER:  This group is all about relaxing and enjoying our favorite word game. While we follow most conventions as written by Hasbro/Parker Bros., we do not play by tournament rules and have our own way of "Challenging".  We allow that famous word list.  And when in doubt, the 4th Edition Scrabble Dictionary is the ultimate answer.  However we DO NOT approve of putting all your letters in your electronic device and letting it form your words for you.  Please come and relax and have fun!

For those who may be a little challenged regarding the menu for Shamrock Scrabble next month, rest assured you can bring anything you want. But for those who want to get in on the spirit of the holiday, here are some suggestions. Let us know what you are bringing so we don't end up with ten casseroles of corned beef and cabbage!!

    *Corned beef and cabbage
    *Irish stew
    *Colcannon (basically potatoes and cabbage)
    *Shepherd's Pie (Anita's bringing this)
*Bangers and Mash (never knew this was pork sausages!)
*Irish Champ (the Irish LOVE their potatoes, don'tcha know?)
    *Potatoes O'Brien (YUM!)
    *Boxty (basically Irish potato pancakes)
And the internet has a plethora of desserts for St. Patrick's day to pick from. Just do a search on St Patrick's Day recipes....
(Hey Lisa, the Chocolate Beer Cupcakes With Whiskey Filling And Irish Cream Icing certainly got my attention.....hint, hint)

OR just head to Giant Eagle's bakery department! Love ya'll!!

Great Lake's Brewing "Pat Conroy's Irish Ale", their seasonal brew for the occasion. No need to bring your own beer if this suits your fancy. And at least there's green lettering on the label.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
