Colette is a Licensed Massage Therapist of 25yrs. a Certified Thai Yoga
Therapist and a Certified Pilates Instructor. Colette has been in the
Healing Profession practically her entire life, beginning at the age of
17 working with her Father who was a Chiropractor.
Today, Colette and her Husband Dr. Philip E. Barry who is also a
Chiropractor, own a beautiful facility in Westlake OH.

Colette designed and teaches a unique fitness program called "Barry Method".
"Barry Method" is a powerful and energizing workout
combining both Yoga and Pilates on a gravity resistance system.
"Barry Method" offers rehabilitation as well as intense muscle toning
and aerobic at all levles and for many conditions.
Results can be immediate.
Colette also offers group "Wall Yoga" classes on Mat.

WHAT WE DO
Every Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. come join
us for a wonderful rejuvenating
workout with Yoga/Pilates and Kundalini.
Classes are only $5 for Meetup members.
Start the week feeling empowered and renewed.


YOGA WORKOUT
The Baby Cradle, Bow, Bridge, Cat-Cow, Child Pose,
Cobra or Extended Side-Angle.


PILATES WORKOUT
We'll do the Hundred, Rollover, Single Straight
Leg Stretch, Teasers or Spine Stretch.


AUTHENTIC STUDIO
Our beautiful facility is designed with
Feng Shui principals in mind. The Studio
walls are covered in warm, gold colors
with a Mediterranean flair. Recessed lights
are adjusted for calmness and tranquility.
A stone wall water fountain stirs energies
and inner reflections. Of course, our
selection of music creates a heavenly
oasis.We also installed beautiful superb
natural quality cork flooring. Cork is comfortable
and healthy to stand on because cork is
harvested from the exterior of a living tree.
It contains natural anti-microbial properties
that prevent bacteria from entering the floor

Our group has a lot to offer for everyone,
from completely new practitioners to
long time Yogis. The support, and just
clean fun are a few reasons you'll be
glad you've joined.

PLEASE READ STUDIO TIPS BEFORE MEETING


STUDIO TIPS:


Try not to eat at least 2 hours before
your practice. You will enjoy your practice
much more!


Arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes
before your class starts.


Remove your shoes upon entering the studio
as a way of respecting the ancient tradition
of the East and to provide a clean environment
in which to practice.


Please do not wear perfume or heavy scents.
It can be distracting to your fellow yogis!
Taking a bath or shower both before and
after practice refreshes the body and mind.


We suggest purchasing your own yoga mat.
We have a few mats in the studio but it is
not as hygienic or as meaningful as
practicing on your own mat. You may
leave your mat in the studio in our storage area!


Wear comfortable clothes.


Please bring a towel if you think you need one for
a) sweat
b) slippery mats!
