Clifton Horse Lovers Meetup Group

The purpose of this group is to bring together people that share the common interest of horses. Whether you own a horse, like to ride, just like horses, want to learn more about them, watch horse sports (racing, steeplechases, events, etc.), foxhunt, showing, or any other horse related activity, this group could provide resources for all to share and draw upon.

There are many different types of horse activities represented in this area and we are blessed with an abundance of talented riders (including Olympic level), trainers, and horses.

An example of some of the types of group events could be:

  • Going to horse events or shows
  • Steeplechases
  • Attending Polo matches
  • Trail rides
  • Introduction to foxhunting
  • Horse clinics
  • Trailering
  • Farm and horse management
  • Others - suggested by members as the group grows
