I think that is a trail run isn't it? I am getting ready for tough mudder and I dont want to get hurt so I dont want to trail run until after. I am okay with hills. Well ok as one can be.

Hey can anyone suggest a local park in NJ or NY that is at least 10 miles long? I'm running 20 miles on Saturday as part of my training for the Walt Disney Marathon in Jan 2012. Please help!
