All of the above! I'd love to stay fit, run casually, run with people, and a 5K sounds great. A marathon would be amazing if I'm physically capable.
I'm enthusiastic about fitness (weight lifting primarily, eating healthy, and running) and I think I'm a pretty good and fast runner for having very flat feet. It would be great if someone could offer some tips on running smart with flat feet.
