Its climbing? Who doesn't want to climb?
I will need about two months to not get cramps in my gastrocnemius. Then i will start to challenge myself with other trails.
Fun. Lots, and lots of fun. I enjoy pushing limits safely. I really just want to climb everything i see. I don't really have any expectations except to try to make it to the top.
Need variety in my exercise. The "lift things up and put them down" routine is starting to bore me.
