For those of you using MIT-Scheme as your medium, I want to share 3 findings that may be useful:
- For a better scheme REPL you can use the rlwrap which is a read-line wrapper: http://stackoverflow.com/a/11916365/256854
- In order to enable mit-scheme graphics you'l need an X11 client and libraries. In MacOSX you need to download XQuartz: http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing
- In Linux machines you can compile your code to c (with .com extension... it's much faster) but you'll need to make sure that you have the following programs installed: GCC 4.6.x, Clang 3.2.x, make, autotools, cmake, scons.
