David Nolan will be speaking on Enlive:
Enlive: Functional HTML Templating with Clojure
Can Enlive and Clojure guide us out of the code mire that is traditional HTML templating (Rails and Django included ;) ? We'll look briefly at issues created by popular HTML templating solutions and discuss the features of Enlive and how they might address these issues.

He has also written a nice tutorial on this:
