Our speaker: Paul Laskin
Paul joined UShareSoft in 2013 as technical product manager and to help the company open up their U.S operations. In early 2008 he co-founded Cirrhus9, a cloud computing system integrator company focused on helping companies migrate to AWS. He has held various IT roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals including managing the IT Infrastructure groups in the U.K. and La Jolla (Very similar weather). He has worked at several other life science companies as a scientist doing drug development, cell biology and immunology. In the early days of the Intertubes, he wrote a column for the now defunct Science & Engineering Network News. Paul holds a degree in Microbiology, a certificate in Microprocessor Engineering and several medals in home brewing.
