newbie who bikes, and has lost 40 lbs in 12 months. I think I hate running, but I'm going to find out instead of fear out.
I want to run a 5k. Then, I want to run a 5k under 27, then under 25. Then, we'll see.
presently, on a 2 mile run, i rest/walk 20 to 25%. I'm getting better, it used to be 50%.
Not a runner, but things change! Looking forward to funs and runs (ewww that didn't come out right). Where is that edit button...
