Currently, I have been running 6-10 miles a week. I have done a couple 5ks.
I would love to do a 10k or a half marathon. The most I run is 4 miles so I would love to build on this distance and run longer distances.
Right now, I"m running around a 10 min mile pace. 2-3 miles is doable for now.
