What is your running experience so far, for example, are you just beginning your running routine? Or maybe you are you a seasoned marathon runner?

Currently, I have been running 6-10 miles a week. I have done a couple 5ks.

Do you have any specific fitness/running goals you would like to achieve?

I would love to do a 10k or a half marathon. The most I run is 4 miles so I would love to build on this distance and run longer distances.

How far would you like to run and at approx what pace?

Right now, I"m running around a 10 min mile pace. 2-3 miles is doable for now.
