Join us to expand your public service design toolkit and explore how/why co-production can help us transition to a world where communities and citizens spearhead the changes most relevant to their needs, with the support of government policy. In a nutshell, co-production is about designing and delivering services in true partnership with citizens and professionals (ie. it values lived experience and professional training equally, asking both parties to share power). This isn't a new idea, it is the way we did things before there were public services. We look forward to collaborating, discussing, critiquing, exploring this approach and topic with you soon!
