The must haves are:
A diverse portfolio demonstrating knowledge and skills in visual design, web graphics and programming and previous work with data driven website
Team player with strong leadership skills and 10 or more years of demonstrated ability to manage effectively.
Hand-coding, HTML and using CSS
Skilled in CSS3 and HTML5
Backbone.js or Ruby on Rails expertise
Successful API integration experience
Top-notch communication skills
Leadership skills willingness to lead a growing team of developers
