Turn your Ideas into Products
This month I'm delighted to welcome Julie Hall to talk to you about how you can turn your ideas, gifts and knowledge into multimedia products and so stop trading time for money.
I know that so many of you love your 1-1 work with clients and wouldn't want to give it up. It's why you went into coaching or change work in the first place. You love the close relationships you build with your clients and witnessing how your work with them transforms so many areas of their lives. But I also know that it can run you ragged trying to run a profitable coaching practice. You don't like to take a holiday because of the cost to you in lost client hours, or you fear falling ill because of what that can mean to your income.
Also, for many clients, taking the leap to working with you one to one is too great a step to take before they get to know you better - having a lower priced course or product available that they can buy without needing to interact with you is often a great way for them to get to know you and build trust - and if they love what they get then your 1-1 services will be a natural next step!
So what would it be like if you knew you could take your coaching skills and knowledge and turn them into products and programmes that are reusable and resaleable? That don't require you to be there to deliver them? That many people could be following at once, in the comfort of their own home and at a time that suits them? No longer would you have to rely on trading your time for money, and you could create a nice additional income stream by selling your products online or to existing customers.
Julie is going to share with you how to do this including:
- How to decide what sort of course or programme to take online or package into a product
- What to charge for your programmes
- How to decide what format it should take - Online coaching programme? Downloadable sessions? DVD or CD delivered in the post?
- How to sell your course and marketing techniques to get attention

She is the founder of Women Unlimited and the co-creator of her own online programme on product creation "Turn your Ideas into Cash", has her hands full with two rowdy kids and has a real passion for helping women to create more success in their business (don’t worry, she likes helping men too!).
