The Thoughts-Feeling Connection: The Power of Positive Thinking.

This exciting event is brought to us by one of our own members: Sharon Seymour-Lee. Sharon says, "All emotions experienced are the result of the meaning we attribute to our experiences. How we make sense of our world and the things that happen within it is based on our own subjective reality. Learn how your thoughts define your emotional experiences and your resulting behaviour, and the power of positive thinking. "

Sharon is a very accomplished therapist with the Karuna Counselling Group, and has been counselling in the Calgary area since 2005. She is a valued community educator and has given presentations to groups like Cochrane Victim Services and the Calgary Board of Education. She has been recognized by the courts as an expert in the area of child development and abuse, and has extensive training in couples and family counselling (among other areas).

Please join us for a relaxed discussion at Legacy Guitar House. Bring a friend, grab a coffee and let's get talking!

Thanks so much for joining me for coffee today ladies! I really enjoyed our chat, and I took a lot away from what Sharon talked about. I'm excited to have a new perspective on positive thinking- I think it will have a wonderful impact on my consulting and my own life in general. It really is amazing how important it is to be mindful of how we approach different situations and the way our emotions impact our ability to be successful.
