When it comes to writing great software, what are you awesome at?

For end-user software, I'm great at balancing pragmatism and purity. For software libraries, I excel at maximizing user experience for developers (consistency, usability, beauty).

When it comes to writing great software, what do you need to practice?

I'm on a never-ending quest to discover ways of producing more value, faster, and for less effort.

What programming languages do you know?

I know Scala, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, PHP, HaXe, ActionScript, and Mathematica very well. I know a little Haskell and Fantom. I have very basic knowledge of Python, Ruby, and a few other dead languages.
