Code for Australia has partnered with Outware Mobile to put on a "Visualising Cities" hacknight on 18 June.

We have some Melbourne City data. Top Secret. Government Stuff.  That's all the we can disclose...

Join us at Outware's Richmond studio for beers, pizza and an evening of hacking.

See you there.

I was about half an hour late and I promise I only spent about 20 minutes finishing my project later that night...
So a little late, but here is my presentation:

The way I see it is hacking/developing a platform where citizens, public servants and organisations come together to make stuff that matters. Hope you can make it Chris.

    Hi Ethan,

You should definitely come along, regardless of your skill level. There'll be pizza/beer, of course. It's an opportunity to make new friends and maybe learn something new.

    We'll see you there!

first time to a hackaton, would like a lil more details if possible, e.g.:
    - agenda
    - what skills can be of use?
(I'm more of a web guy... am still interested to meet, see and learn, can I please still hang around if I can't contribute yet? :P )

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
