Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your interest in the Arlington Code Shop/South Arlington Hacker Space meetup group. We have some news to share, and hope you will join us at our next hackathon/meetup!
Our meetup group has been graciously hosted by the NSF for the past few months, and for now we will continue to meet every Thursday in the NSF conference rooms 110 & 120, conveniently located near the Ballston metro.
Moving forward in 2014, we will continue our partnerships with local government and the NSF in brainstorming, developing and designing volunteer-led web and open data based solutions, as the Code for Northern Virginia Brigade. Our weekly meetup serves as the educational and skill sharing social space to further our partnerships.
Many of our current projects will be the focus of our upcoming hackathon, CodeAcross, on Feb 22 and 23 at the NSF: http://www.eventbrite...
Join us for a weekend of civic hacking fun! Hope to see you there, or at a meetup soon.
