Ok, it has been too long and I have been too lazy with scheduling the meetup. We are back and I promise to do better on finding assignments and scheduling meetups.
Our programming challenge this month won't be from our typical puzzlenode.com selection, but instead we will write a program to solve 'The Tower of Hanoi' -- you can read about the puzzle here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tower_of_Hanoi
Your program should accept a number of disks, and generate an output that moves a stack of that many disks from peg #1 to peg #3 -- You may use any output form you like. The adventurous could do an animation -- but simply a text list of disk moves would be fine.
If you have questions about this month's puzzle please post them here and I, or others, will attempt to help.
NOTE: THE CODE WILL BE DUE ON JUNE 20th TO HAVE TIME FOR REVIEW.
Also a reminder that you may use any language you like. If you code in a language that no other attendees feel comfortable reviewing we'll ask you to walk us through the code. You may also code in pairs if you wish.
See you then and happy coding!
