Knitting? .... pfff c'mon this is a coffee group

This week's choice goes to the café A (thanks for the suggestion). I've also read  somewhere it is a nice place. But since it opens only at noon, this time we will have a lat(t)e coffee. So no more excuse like "it is to early..."

If you bring a gummy bear dressed and decorated, I'll buy you a cake (well the most beautiful is the winner).

Contengency plan: it seems to be a busy place, we can go to the ten belles café (other side of the canal) if we happen to lamely fail to enter.

I somehow ended up at a coffee shop on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Dennis, sorry for the no-show.

My question was: was it good? And not: was it cheap? :P

Sorry folks, my grandparents are visiting and I'm taking them to see the Clignancourt antiques market at this time... can anyone suggest a good cafe in that part of town? ;)

OH.. i should say that Café A would be close to my NEXT hostel (Hotel Saint Pierre, 3 Rue Seveste.. i'll be staying there that night).. so it would be convenient for me to just head 'home' from there. So.. whichever one it turns out to be, is convenient for a different reason! hehe :-)

Ok... it will be only my 2nd day in Paris, so.. i'll be a total newbie... walk or subway (if i can figure it out).

I'll be probably be walking to Café A from Young & Happy Hostel, so.. if if the venue is going to change to the other side of the canal (is ten belles café close to Young & Happy?), i'd love to know early so i don't have to make that hour-long trek to Café A! Lol. P.S. i don't have a cell phone, so if i get lost.. i guess i'm on my own! Hopefully i'll see you all there.. or there.. or wherever! ;-)
