I would learn to roast my own batch of coffee. Question: where can I buy green coffee in Switzerland which is not as expensive as the already roasted one. I know that coffee roasting companies buy green beans for less than 1/10th of the roasted ones they sell in the shop. So I will find out more about buying cheap green beans. May be together whith a group we could buy a whole bag for sharing. Looking forward.
3 to 5. home made espresso, latte, cappuccino. I brew my coffee with "Francis Francis x-1" for many years now. With the cheap "Solis Scala" I grind the coffee with the finest adjustment. I am not the one who spend more than 15CHF for 500 g. Normally I buy coffee for much less. You'll find those roasts in Zurich. I am open for new resources/shops :-) I do not overact with preparing, like baristas at championships. For chose shots you need the right equipment and a lot of experience. Same with wine: I would not buy a wine for myself for more than 12 CHF as you find plenty good ones below that.
I am cafeine addicted :-) I visited or passed many coffee plantations in Mexico, Central and South America, Australia and Indonesia while riding long distance bike tours. www.velotraum.ch and velotraum-ch.blogspot.ch
