Relaxation and Meditation Class with Robin Walls

November 15th: 
* For the first half of this class we'll be practicing our basic meditation with breath and mantra. Bring your favorite mantra or pull one from the mantra bowl!
* For the second half of this class we'll be doing a body scan.

Feel free to bring your favorite sitting blanket or tush cushion. You may wish to bring a pillow of a blanket for the body scan, so you can comfortably lay on the floor. A few blankets will be available.

 

The first and third Friday of the month, we will provide a 30-minute relaxation and meditation session, including powerful guided imagery to help you relax and access your inner healing power. 

Robin Walls, certified yoga teacher and daily qigong practitioner, providing therapeutic yoga and qigong techniques, qigong energy work and hospice comfort care. 

Debby Bruck, certified homeopath and qigong practitioner, providing tools for self healing, stress management and relaxation exercises, EFT tapping and healing affirmations. Requested donation $5 per session. Please RSVP or drop in. You are also welcome to stay for the Coffee & Contacts meeting and presentation following the instruction class.  Come early. Door closes at 8:45AM so as not to disturb the participants

    The second part of tomorrow's (Friday's) meditation class will involve a body scan. These are really nice lying down. If you like, bring your favorite pillow or snuggly blanket. I'll have a few blankets on hand.

    Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early (8:40am), as we will be starting promptly at 8:45.
