What makes you passionate about your business?

I am an all-purpose secretary who works with individuals and businesses of any size. I transcribe digital audio files into clean Word documents and edit, rewrite, and format all forms of personal and public written communication. No matter what I do, I care about producing quality work on time and making customers happy.
