So the last one got snowed out. Let's try it again. Except since I have to work next Sunday afternoon, and there's another Saturday morning/afternoon game session, let's try it for Friday evening.
I have to work at 11 that night, meaning we'll need to wrap up by about 10:30. I'll get there early to set up, so hopefully we can get started quickly once people show up.
And for the people who aren't keeping score, here's the quick outline of the game again:
It's like Risk (and we've mostly been playing it on Risk-style map boards), with a few major differences.
#1, Rather than being a general and controlling your troops, you are a god (or entire pantheon) controlling your disciples.
#2, There’s no blanket rule preventing multiple factions from occupying the same territory at the same time (though some factions are more aggressive and warlike than others, and may not tolerate it themselves).
And #3, rather than everyone trying to take over the world, each faction has its own win condition – which means that multiple players can be close to winning at the same time.
