Are you tired of the hustle and bustle of a typical Friday night in Hong Kong? Want to meet some new friends and learn about mindful living?
We are a group of young people who are "Waking Up" to a healthy and compassionate society by the practice of mindful living. We gather to practice walking meditation, sitting meditation, total relaxation, tea meditation, and nourishing each other by sharing our aspiration and experiences.
Join us for our bi-weekly Friday night practice at City University in Kowloon Tong.
Theme: Dialogue in Silence [靜默中對話]
Venue: Room 6603, Academic 2 (AC2), City University of HK, Kowloon Tong [The new BIG building on campus]
This time the practice will be facilitated by Brian Lau. A Total Relaxation session led by Sze Chai will be included. So please bring a mat with you if you have one.
