I've enjoyed studying Spanish in Reynaldo and Maria's Portal Languages classes. I thought learning a new language would be intimidating. But they make the process enjoyable as well as educational:-)

I have been a member of the Roaring Women for over a year now and it has been great to meet fantastic, like minded women who are passionate about supporting and helping each other in growing their businesses and taking things to the next level.

Unlike other groups I've been involved in there is an egalitarian atmosphere -- no one person seems to "rule the roost." All points of view are given equal time and the participants are friendly and encouraging. I can see why this group has been so successful when others have failed.

Very welcoming group; nice feeling of community. Greg also let me borrow his drum (thank you Greg). It may be beneficial to review general drumming circle ettiquette for the entire group. Erin and Wendy illistrated well in the beginning class of how meaningful it can be to vary volume, speed, add accents, and add silence to allow for a "conversation" to take place among the drummers. Stress was also placed of "listening" the the lead drum. Even experts can benefit from reminders to "get back to the basics" on occassion.
