This was my first outing with the group; will have to go on more trips to get a better idea. I would have liked if we could have split up in groups to see the exhibits; rather than going off in all directions without saying a word.. It was as though I drove all the way to the Getty, had lunch alone and saw the exhibits on my own; with the exception of the tour. Again this was my first meet-up.

This is a very friendly and open group, open to new ideas. The rides are very organized. Looking forward to more rides with this group.

If you really want to know what I think of the NTCA, I think that you would do people a bigger justice by not telling them to be just career minded. I run into people all the time that are fed up with the lack of JOBs out here. I would love the opportunity to tell people what is really going on in society today. The Career field and JOB market is simply not the same as it used to be 50 years ago. Nowadays, companies will lay you off just for the hell of it. They don't care if you have bills piled up, or if you have a family to support. And I am referring to people who have advanced degrees that can't find work. The NTCA needs to be broader with regards to helping people do better in life. Many career fields are letting many people down. Lets come together and start teaching people how to build lasting wealth and not depend on an "iffy" career. We have got to do better.

The group has members with a wide variety of experience who are willing to share. I'm interested in building a portfolio to take on a proposed trip to China next April--and France at any time!--to bring back investment dollars in exchange for permanent residency visas/green cards. During our conversation, when I mentioned that the GA Economic Development Department had been of no assistance, I was offered a sit-down with someone who has worked with Chinese companies and its citizens. I was given insight as to how to approach the project and was offered the opportunity to have my plans reviewed by him as I move along.

Russell is a great organizer and guide! Everything went so smoothly and naturally. He led us into fun activities without being pushy or overbearing, and was able to modify the plans on the fly to better accommodate the group. Thanks for a great weekend!

This was my first time to attend, but I think's it's worth going again to learn more about it and to hear other people's experiences, as well as share my own.

I've only attended one meetup so far and I liked it. I will go again. It is great to be around people that are doing things in the business world and taking the bull by the horns! Keep reaching for your dreams - it's worth it and then some.
