No, but Eduardo is. Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, and Tunja.
I love Colombia. It is my home. It is the 1st place I feel truly comfortable. I have been all over the world, and it is by far my favorite place. The Bay Area is tied for 1st right now. I love my husband, the people, the open-ness, the ease with which you can make friends, the food (sopas), music, clima, nature, everything!
I would love for us to meet other couples or people who would like to meet up for nature walks, BBQ's, maybe go out dancing. My husband had no intention of ever moving to the US. We came so I could do my MA at SFSU. We were supposed to move right back, but our son came along. Asi es la vida. Eduardo speaks very little English, but is a very interesting educated and fun person. I would love for us to meet people that he can relate to!
My name is Michelle & I am married to a wonderful Colombian man originally from Bucaramanga, who grew up in Baranquilla, and went to University in Tunja. I met him in Villa de Leyva and we lived there for 3 years together before moving here in 2008.
