Brainard Lake Snowshoe/Hike (dogs on leash optional)

Feeling like a day hike excursion next weekend? My dog, Hanna and I are going to be at Brainard Lake trail head in Ward. Dogs on leash are allowed and maybe bring your snowshoes as the wind can create some major snow drifts and deep snow. Weather permitting, we plan on being there Saturday morning by 10:00am. I can carpool another 4 passengers total (dog or people), fuel contributions welcomed. Plan about an hour drive to get there from Denver (above Estes) and pack a backpack of snacks, water and layers!
