Off the grid cooking

Ken will be presenting a comprehensive cooking technique class that basically starts with the cavemen, comes to the present,o then goes beyond to an off the grid options.
We are hoping to have some show and tell equipment, more to follow on that.
Will be a great class, and will help answer the question "how do we cook when there's no more fuel."
See you there!

Don't forget to bring your homemade trail food for the taste test. No jerky or trail mix (too easy).
Prize awarded to the top chef.

Great training Ken. It gave an awesome overview of the different types of outdoor cooking. We will be following up with many of these teachings in our Spring and Summer FTX!

Great participation. The taste test of trail food was cool.
Great to test the stoves and techniques in cold, windy conditions.
Biolite stove was the clear winner.
