Ken will be presenting a comprehensive cooking technique class that basically starts with the cavemen, comes to the present,o then goes beyond to an off the grid options.
We are hoping to have some show and tell equipment, more to follow on that.
Will be a great class, and will help answer the question "how do we cook when there's no more fuel."
