Meditation is a perfect way to make the new year into a good year. Through these practical teachings and guided meditations, we can increase our inner peace and positivity, discover our enormous potential for growth, and become a happier person. Each meetup consists of two guided meditations and a practical talk to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find happiness from within our own mind. There will also be time allotted for questions and discussion. No prior knowledge or experience required, and you can join us anytime!
Seating is in primarily in chairs, with a few meditation cushions (first come first served) also available.
