Clipped head!

Hi all! I just don?t want anyone to be too shocked when they see me next. I decided to participate in the St. Baldrick's head-clipping event this year to help raise money to fight kids' cancer. The clipping event at Colorado College is in mid-March, but I went ahead with it now so that my hair can grow back a little before a Big Do I have to attend with my husband in April. (I?d hate for all his business associates to think something dire had happened to me.)

I look just like a little old man -- so please try to stifle your guffaws when next we meet :=)

If you'd like to see what it looks like, visit https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/participantid/371673 and click on the ?Show After? tab.

The most wonderful thing happened, though, when I went to get clipped at Cost Cutters. The woman who did it refused to take any money AND she gave me $10 for St. Baldrick?s. The world is so full of goodness!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope all of you are warm and cozy on this snowy night!
