Suspend Disbelief Series: Through the Eyes of the Sorcerer

Guys I'm looking for a conference room (or other large open area) where i can host a lecture. I'm envisioning about 30 people to show up for this. I'm charging $30 for the lecture which should run 2 - 3 hours and i'm offering free seating for anyone that can provide the space.

Here is the highlights of the topic list of what I'll be covering:

* Suspend Disbelief: *
* Through the Eyes of the Sorcerer*
*
*
The intent of the lecture will be focused on describing the world of the
advanced Occultist and how our perspectives have changed to allow us to see
a world that we all live in but few of us are ever truly aware of. So far
some of the topics I'll be touching upon are:

1 - The difference between someone who has read about magick /
metaphysics vs some one who has actually done it and seen its realities
first hand. One who has licked the Rainbow and tasted the beauty of the
song so to speak.

2 - The difference between someone who is mentally ill / psychically
sensitive / Magickally Adept and the process by which each has experienced
the same thing but got different value out of it.

3 - The way that rigid world views tends to result in less psychic
activity around them, vs the dynamic world view of artists, psychics, etc
tend to manifest more often. More importantly discussing percenptions of
the Occultist / Sensitive that *allow* this to happen to begin with.

3a. - Discussing how strong faith actually CAN protect you from spiritual
invasion by creating a tighter world view which other entities cant
manipulate as easily.

4 - The gift of Second Sight, where by you have a much deeper sense of
Clarity into the world and see things for what they actually are vs what
others would have you believe (usually based upon some sacred text they read
ad nauseum and memorized as rote).

5a -- The Masters of the Temple had all come from different backgrounds
and traditions to discover a hidden technique of Magick that each thought
it was unique to themselves, until they came to the Temple and began to
compare notes with each other. That was the point at which they realized
they were all doing the same thing. While their paths had each been
different, the perspective they'd each attained was the same. = Many paths
lead to the same truth.

5b - Different magick disciplines & techniques are used to bring your
self into sacred space. Getting there is far more important than the
vehicle you used to attain it.

6 - All points are one point / interconnected life & reality at all levels

7 - The many lives of the many masters (Jesus / Buddha / etc)

8 - Soulmates as friends, lovers, nemesis, enemies. The point of impact
that binds the journey of the two souls together regardless of the nature of
the relationship.

9 - The Journey of Apotheosis - the mind as the seat of the soul - the echo
effect of archetypical reincarnation

10 - The greatest challenge we face with this: isolation

So far these are the points i'm working with, and would love suggestions
to this list or prehaps questions that you would ask at such a lecture if you
were in class and I said, "I've done this for 30 years, what can i tell you
about my world view that would help you to understand the perspective of
an advanced Occultist?" Again the general theme to this is about perspective
and getting the change to peel back the curtain and see through our eyes
for a bit. Any thoughts, questions or suggestions would be very helpful
with this.

Thanks in advance!
