Technical: Easy+ for the first half then Intermediate Sections of rocky trail in the second half.
Aerobic: Moderate (+) 20 miles with lots of elevation loss :) and gain :(
This is a perfect ride for those who are looking for a relatively easy technical level of trail and moderate to advanced aerobic ride (using my rating system anyway).
My plan for this ride is to ride all the trails starting with Talon, then Blackmer, Cougars Shadow, and so forth. I'll be starting on the south side loops and ending up doing the north side last, mixing up some of the loops from how I've ridden in the past ending up with sundance from north to south for the final trail. (see link below for map). I am estimating 3.5 to 4 hours for the total ride based on my last time riding similarly. The nice part of this ride we are close to the trailhead throughout the ride so if anyone needs to bail at some point they can and only be 5-10 min from the trailhead. There is a $7 charge per car to enter the park. I'll update info on this ride as time progresses and as needed.
