Ring The Peak 100(ish)k

MTB ride/race around Pikes Peak as part of the Colorado Endurance Series. It is not sanctioned, there are no entry fees, no aid stations - all self-supported and self-navigated (although navigation is generally pretty easy). I've been putting this ride on for a couple years now and have had a good turnout. It's a really fun day to ride with great people, push yourself as much as you want, and experience some of the best mountain bike riding the region has to offer.

The web site is http://www.ringthepeak.com

This is a self-supported backcountry epic ride of approximately 62 miles, starting in Manitou Springs at Soda Springs Park and ending at Kinfolks in Manitou for some pizza, beer, and good stories. You don't have to sign up online unless you want to "race" it. Usually we get close to 20 people for the ride and head out at various paces. There are places to filter water along the way, and sometimes the KOA campground in Victor is open for snacks, etc.

CSMBC Members! Mike Dale and I will be heading up the two aid stations for this ride.  If you want a bag or box of "stuff" for you at the station, bag it or box it and put your name visibly on it and we'll haul it up on race day.  Mike Dale is the Gold Camp/376 station, I, Brian, will be headed up to the Horse Thief Park trailhead station.  You will need to get this to us before starting off day of race.
