I am sorry to say that I did not make it. I have been sick since Sunday and I spent all day yesterday trying to dig out from the storm. Now I am trying to rest wont make tonight's show either.

Excllent. A well-made and fair-minded documentary that looks at commodity farmers without demonizing them, and then highlights alternative farmers and back-to-the-land adherents. Film followed by a very good panel discussion, with 150 or so engaged, mostly UCCS student participants.

I generally avoid meat for ethical reasons related to common "agribusiness" practices. I would love to see this/hear from the local farmers/ranchers but, unfortunately, I have conflicts both Mon and Tue...

Looking forward to it! Starting a GFCF (gluten-free/casein (dairy) free diet on Monday so may be surlier than usual! But organic beef & chicken are still on the platter.

If you need any tips on going GFCF, let me know. I highly recommend using extra-virgin raw coconut oil for your cooking/baking, and EVOO on your salads. Get rid of those industrial seed oils. You can get a great deal on Nutiva coconut oil at Costco. In addition to cooking with it, I eat it by the spoonful. So healing to a damaged gut.
